Returns Policy

 All returns require prior authorization in order to qualify for refund/replacement processing. Refund/replacement are within 14 days after order is placed. Please contact us for refund/replacement authorization. New items will be fully refunded (less original shipping costs) and a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for all opened or used items (after original shipping costs are deducted). ALL OPEN INK BOTTLES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Buyer is responsible for returned shipping cost unless we sent a wrong item or the item is defective.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of returning your package to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 

Please include a copy of your original receipt and a brief note indicating the reason for return with the items you are returning.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

For Domestic buyers. If you are purchasing from the United States, shipping will be free of charge for standard shipping. If you wish to have upgraded shipping for faster delivery, please contact us before purchasing.

For International buyers. If you are purchasing from outside the United States, please contact us before purchasing. Shipping price will be calculated and quoted to you before you purchase.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

All orders are shipped out within in 1-2 business days! Orders are shipped from our office in California. All expedite shipping orders will be shipped out same day if ordered before 12pm (PST) during normal business hours. We are not responsible for shipments made to a wrong address provided by the buyer. All packages returned for any reason will require an additional payment to reship back to buyer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
